Pretty versatile ingredient!

I bought it out of curiosity because I'd never heard of cacao fruit before. The flavour was a real surprise, light, tropical and completely different from what I'd expected. I've been adding it to my smoothie bowls, which somehow taste even better now. My kids loved eating it straight from the sachet like an ice lolly, and I had no guilt. I'll definitely be trying it in desserts, and I've already stocked my freezer with another pack.
