I wasn’t sure what to expect when I heard about cacao water. I found it refreshing and a thirst quencher. Not too sweet. If you want something healthy and yummy, this is highly recommended.
Wow Cacao is so refreshing and tasty. Tropical flavours and the fact that it is so good for rehydration make it a winner for me!
Both the sparkling & still were sensational, but the sparkling is my new go-to drink this summer!
Ordered a mixed box to try as this was our first time buying. At £45 for 12 small bottles, it is quite pricey. We did like the drink (the still much more than the sparkling), but it took a very long time to be dispatched - we actually had to email to ask if there was an issue as we hadn't had any communication since the order confirmation. Once we emailed, the order was dispatched quickly but we still did not receive a message from the company to acknowledge they had even received an email from us. Once dispatched it arrived within 24 hours, so the courier did their job once they had received the package.

We are so sorry that we messed up the delivery. We normally ship twice a week with Fedex special overnite. However as your address is in N Ireland Fedex unfortunately declined to pick up the package. We managed to find a substitute - DHL - but they also failed to pick up on schedule as they had not told us we needed a commercial invoice attached as NI is treated like the EU. We should have thought of that! This meant they had to come back all of which led to the 10 day delivery time. We would like to send you a new package of 6 next week and see if we manage to do better. Again, our apologies.
