Shipping Partners

We partner with leading shipping providers to ensure reliable delivery of your orders:

  • For most regions, we use FedEx Priority Fragile. This service ensures that your products are handled with care, reducing the risk of damage during transit.

  • For Northern Ireland, we opt for DHL Express

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Mainland UK - 3-5 Working days

  • Northern Ireland - 4-6 Working days

  • During public holidays times may vary

Shipping Days

We ship orders on Mondays and Wednesdays. Orders placed by 7PM will be shipped on the next available shipping date.

If you have an event or occasion and require your product sooner, please email us at orders@drinkwowcacao.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request and assist you as quickly as possible.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or text message. Use this number to track your order directly on the carrier’s website. This will give you the most current information regarding the status of your delivery.


Damaged or Spoiled Items

We strive to ensure that all orders arrive in excellent condition. However, if you receive a damaged or spoiled item, please take the following steps:

  • Email us at orders@drinkwowcacao.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • Include a photo of the damaged item and your order number in your email.

  • We will review your claim and get back to you with a resolution as quickly as possible, typically within 1-2 business days.

  • During peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances, shipping times may extend beyond the estimated window.
